We have marked the number of each vertical pipe in the installation drawing, such as A8, Q7, EF13-14, H14, etc. You only need to find the corresponding vertical pipes one by one according to these numbers and check their heights. Start from A8, confirm the position and height, and then check the vertical pipes at Q7, EF13-14, H14, etc.
Prepare all the assembly connections according to the drawings.
If it is a three-layer playground, you need to clean the site first, then lay the EVA floor mat on the ground, arrange it according to the number of tubes, and install it layer by layer, the first layer, the second layer, and the third layer.
The next step is to assemble the playground platform and safety net, making sure the platform is installed level. The safety net must be kept tight to avoid slack or gaps to prevent children from falling through the gaps.
When assembling slides, rollers and bridges, make sure the slides are sloped, smooth and firmly connected to the platform. Keep the rollers rotating smoothly and maintain proper spacing. Bridges should have sufficient load-bearing capacity, guardrails or safety nets should be set up on both sides of the bridge, and anti-slip materials should be laid on the bridge to prevent accidents for children.
